I have written customer service three times for a refund form. All clothes were too small. According to the return policy I only have 7 days to initiate a return. It has already been three days!

I ordered and pretty quickly received 4 items, of which one - cyan leggings was good and I am satisfied with it, keeping it. Two - white and blue tops were wrong size but I liked them and wanted to exchange, and last - black leggings didn't like at all, so wanted to return the item. Company website states that you can't return items without informing them first by email and receiving instructions. I wrote emails every day for 4 days, without receiving any replies or instructions, so finally went ahead and usps'd it back, emailing my USPS tracking number. Still don't know what will happen to the three items I sent back. I do not recommend this company because their customer service is terrible, I never experienced anything like that, though I shop online quite a lot. Which is too bad - their tops are cute and I like them, but will stay away from Azzlee dor the above reason
Placed order on April 4th. It is now April 27th. Paid through Paypal. Never received items. Delivery service said that package was refused which is not true.
Delivery service said that package was returned to their site and has been sent back to Seller.

Clothes were accurate in description and sizing and arrived in good time
They over promise and under deliver! They promise fast delivery! It took 3.5 weeks to get my order! The tracking info was never updated! I sent 2 emails inquiring about my order! Never got a reply. They claim the sizes are correct! They are not and the material is terrible. I have to return my order and put in another email of why I want a full refund. Then their customer service team will decide if it's a valid reason to send a refund! So basically I'll not get my money back terrible company that should be put out of business!

I don't like the items and I've been trying to return them and it's a huge hassle. The items don't fit and are unflattering. I do not recommend this company.
I was impressed with the pictures of the clothes...very stylish. When I received my order, the clothes were not the quality I expected and the sizes were wrong. The XL was more like a medium.
I am happy with two of the three items purchased. I would like to return the other item as it is not as pictured. I'm not sure how the return process works but I'm hopeful it's quicker than it takes for the order to arrive. Prices are good on items purchased.
