Being the first time I've ordered through this company has not been a good experience. The clothing I ordered was not satisfying I have tried multiple times through email to get a return label to send the items back I received an email in response. I had three different options and one of the options to was to receive a return label. That's what I've chose. As of now I have heard no response of getting the return label. I need to send the stuff back.
Sad because I have not received my order and it has been over 2 weeks.

Ordered 5 size M jumpers 8th April. Three (3) items arrived 29th April. Not heard about the other 2. Of the 3 items one fitted perfectly, one I will take up hem and sleeves (too long) and the other is just way too big all over so gave it to Op Shop.

On 3/30/23, I got a request from Azzlee to tell them whether the order was received or not
On 4/6/23, I replied that I had NOT received my order
On 4/11/23, I got an email from Azzlee telling me that my order was on its way and I had to wait a few more days
On 5/2/23, I replied to the Azzlee email asking me to rate my experience - with this rating of 1 star
I'm still awaiting a rerun address to return the item that does not fit. I have sent several emails. I will not order again if I can't return any items that do not fit.
Order took too long to arrive. Clothing items poor quality for the cost. Difficult to return items and obtain a refund.
Clothes are nice but the US sizing is wrong! I'll never order clothes from China ever again! I should've learned this by now.

The dresses were both ordered in the same size but the blue one is definitely smaller when it was made! The green dress is true to size and fits very nicely!
