Overall my experience was good. The thing I was very confused about was the tracking. First I was confused by where my order actually comes from. It took about 11 days to get any notice of it even being shipped. Than it seemed to be stuck in Bloomingdale, IL for 6 days and than all of a sudden it was way up here in Northern Michigan. I wasn't sure what was going on and why it was taking so long in Bloomingdale, IL. I was concerned and really didn't know how to contact anyone until I really dug on your website. So at one point I sent an email but never got a response but than I received my order. So it all worked out but it was a bit worrisome. Now days you never know with all the fake store sites. It would be nice to understand more about this store site. Where are you located and if you have subsites in other areas and if so where. This could all be explained in your about us. I will probably order again because two of my three items I was very happy. The third item I'm awaiting instructions on how to return. So basically my order went pretty good. Don't expect it to come and be delivered in a few days. Mine took just over two weeks almost three. But out of three items it was worth it.
