I'm still trying to get response to many emails about returning my items.
I need the return instructions and the return label.

It was ok. Liked the size chart. The pictures displayed made the clothes look lovely. Afraid to order again for fear of what I will get.

I've sent three emails to customer service in order to get return authorization. I received one response from my first request stating they needed more information. I sent more information and no reply. You can't return items to the address on the package. Frustrated and wondering if they are legit.

I will not be ordering from this company in the future
Poor quality clothing - entire order was terrible

Customer service is horrible, it takes days for them to reply.

Did not like the material. I also was too large.
I can't seem to get any information on how to return

First, items I ordered were on back order, second, items are in the warehouse, order ready to prepare, then told items will be shipping, then shipped with a tracking number that doesn't go anywhere official, just back to their page. Original order said up to 8 business day, its now been over a month and still haven't received any part of my order.
Had to dispute for non receipt of order with my credit card co to get a refund.
Original order March 29,2023 still haven't received order May 4,2023.

I did not call I send email waiting for respond hopefully I get help.

Photos look much better than the quality of the garments. Poor quality flimsy fabric. Customer service was terrible. Emailed back and forth for weeks asking for a refund. Finally accepted a gift card to the site for a portion of my order. Big mistake. Still terrible garments but a couple tops I can wear around the house when cleaning or gardening. All the rest were donated to the Mission Store. Not sure anyone will want them. They will probably end up being trashed. Easy Returns should be removed from the site!

I ordered 166$ worth of product and never received it. This company is a SCAM! BEWARE! The ads are great but they are BS!

You sent the dress in a timely manner which was great but it's too small so will be returning it.

Great experience with ordering but unfortunately, as sometimes happens with online orders, the outfit is way too big.

The items were all made of thin fabric and not the quality I expected. I won't order from them again
