I am frustrated that I cannot get a response as to the instructions on how to return some of the items in my shipment.

Took quite a while to receive the item. I thought shipping would be faster

I do like the styles. I had not ordered from here before and needed to send back a few items. So far, it's been impossible to get someone to respond in a timely manner. After numerous emails and a negative feedback response, I finally heard from someone. I had additional questions, and now cannot get another response. I would purchase more, but cannot feel confident that if I need assistance, there would be help.

I feel you are not reponding to me about how to return the dresses I ordered.
I need to have you tell me how to return and get a refund on the dresses.

Don't know how to return an item and received no response back to my email

Only 2 of the 5 garments I ordered fit me. I am between a small and medium size, so I order 2 of the same design in different sizes to try. Now have 2 garment to return and this company is nowhere to be found. Very shady business. DO NOT buy from this company.

Your clothes are cheap and flimsy. False advertising. You should be ashamed to trick people into buying these clothes. They are not as advertised! You did not respond to my return request. So now I am out over 200 dollars for clothes that don't fit and that I would never wear anyway. I feel as if I've been swindled.

It took a long time to receive my order. When I asked about returns, no response.

I placed an order on April 9th. As of today May 5th, still haven't received it. Was sent an e-mail, after I waited for 5 days for a response. Said an item was out of stock, so they held up the whole order. One would think they would have reached out sooner. To say the least, I'm very disappointed. Wanted the clothes for a vacation I just got back from!

I have been trying to initiate a return of the entire order since April 24. I have emailed numerous times and have not heard back. As a result I just disputed the charge on my American Express.

Good experience and fast no need for customer service and the clothes are very nice and linen fabric

Return process is very slow, emails not answered promptly. Still waiting for follow up return process.

And trying to process a return we were NEVER. Responded to when emailing *******@azzlee.com to request return.
We emailed them five times over the course of two weeks with all the appropriate information from the order and never got a response!
