This was a very thin polyester "shift" size small could have been large. I ordered it as it was called a SWEATSHIRT. The farthest thing from it!

I have not received communication with the information I need to return the pants that don't fit properly. I placed the request on 5/2/23. There should have been information with instructions on returning merchandise included with the order, like Amazon does. I will never order anything from Azzlee again!

I ordered XL for all items, but they all looked like a size 12.

Requested to return. Instead of returning I'm to get a credit for additional merchandise, but haven't received a response. Understand it's a reduced value, but that's fine.

For now, exhausting. I try to have a address to sent back all the items for an exchange for the same thing, two size higher. Your clothing are for chinese women, not for canadian women.

Be careful—-ordered AN initial three items which arrived and were correct sizing. I wrote a positive review when requested and decided to go ahead and order four more items.

The second order included the first three items (AGAIN) repeated the first items plus four additional items. When I noticed the error I reached out and heard back that I could return the repeat items at my own expense.
I was offered a gift card of $75 or a return label—my choice. I chose to foot the shipping costs and request the return label.

Never heard back.

Meanwhile the second order of seven (three repeats) arrived and there were no
Tags on any of the items—

The sizing was all over the place. Huge or tiny—Clearly they sent left over inventory.

I carefully repackaged the items and requested three times to receive a return label. I was told not to send any returns until they approved it and sent a label with a correct return address.

Their policy insists on original packaging (no problem) and all TAGS intact. —Problem!—Not one item of the seven had any tags on them when they arrived.)

I've written three more emails requesting a return label and acknowledgment that tag requirement must be waived if they arrive without them.

HAVEN'T HEARD ANOTHER WORD FROM THEM. —

Great customer service. I really liked the clothes.

I am awaiting a response as to where I should return the item as it was not as I expected.

I was a little disappointed.
I expected it to look different ( material and look)

I received my order but one top was the wrong size. Ordered XXL and that is what the package says but the actual tag on the shirt is an L.

I liked the easy check out, and the fashion choices, however the sizing runs small.
