Have tried repeatedly to return an item to re-purchase, and no one responds or sends a return label. I have reached out over seven times with no response. Don't purchase anything unless you plan to keep it.

I have not received shipping/tracking information, nor have I received my order!
I've sent several emails with NO RESPONSE!

I have worn the same size for at least 6 years and not one of the tops fit. I have shopped in many different in store and online stores and found these had the most unusual fit I have ever seen. Some small in the top and others at the bottom. Some I could raise my arms and most other I could not. Your designs and fabrics are beautiful but the fit is not correct. I would like to return ALL of the tops.

Wow, their clothes are cute online, I am not happy with a customer service as I have not been able to get a return authorization for two items in my order… That do not fit and I do not want. How can I expect me to return it within 30 days if they don't get back to my three email request for a return authorization?

Unfortunately, the clothes are not what I expected them to be. They aren't fitting like I thought they would. The material is not what I thought it would be.

Cute picture. I ordered it. Got a lousy, cheap blouse that nobody in their right mind would wear.

Items run small. Takes a long time to get them and customer service emails are not returned in a timely manner.

Sizes are so uneven. One medium top fit me but the other medium does not. I would probably require a 1X in that top. So ridiculous. Same thing with the two pair of pants I ordered. One large fits and the other does not.

First it said free shipping. But when I paid they charged shipping. Why not free shipping

Would not order from this company again. This item is not as described. It is a Maxi dress which is not pictured as such. The sizing is way off.

Surprisingly good response from customer service. I just could not figure out how to track the shipment which took a bit longer than I had hoped for. You get what you pay for, I guess. Pricing was budget friendly, quality about the same.

And yet you keep sending me "how do you like the clothes" emails.

First time so I was hoping the merchandise is as good as it looks. It wasn't and I have been trying to get return instructions from your customer service team and have not received the information after following up at least twice. Not acceptable and now I have to follow up again just to return everything.
