I placed my order on April 15th. I got an email a couple of days from Azzlee asking if I've received my order. Yesterday I responded that I haven't. I hope to receive it soon.

Sizing seems way off. XL was too small, and yes, I do know my correct size, but obviously I'm bigger than most Chinese people. Order two sizes up!
I have emailed you two times to learn how to return the dresses. In each email I have explained why I am returning the dresses. I have tried to return them in the time frame i which you suggest in order not to cause any problems with the return. I am going to be on travel for two weeks---so if I do not receive the return instructions today, I will not be able to return the dresses until the end of May----which is beyond the time frame you claim you will honor the return.

One item was out of stock and instead of informing me of this they just held up the total order. It was not until I contacted their service department that i was told the problem. I told them to cancel that item and to just ship the rest of the order. I am still waiting for the order!
Very, very disappointed with the entire fiasco with this company! Order was received with no issues. Ordered 5 items. I kept 3 items. Remaining 2 items did not fit so I returned expecting to be reimbursed. First getting the correct information to return items to meet the companies strict guidelines (30 days) took a week! The whole process of returning was a fiasco. Was NOT reimbursed the full amount of $48.96. $15.00 was credited to my credit card! A dispute has been issued and I have not one good word for this company.
