I am trying to return three tops as none of them fit. Two were too small and one was too large. I sent an email asking to return them and after a few days, I have not heard from the company. You need permission to return items, and receive your money back. This is very disappointing as I thought these looked very nice in the ads.

My experience with navigating Azzlee's website and purchasing was easy and smooth and no issues and the pricing was great. However, its been difficult to get a straight answer if I can get a refund based on issues with sizing and the clothes not fitting me. The clothing is lovely and I wish it had fit. I was excited to get my parcel but disappointed when the sizing did not line up. :( This is my second time filling out the reviews to hopefully get an answer if I can send the product back and get a refund.

If they were a local store, I would have returned 2 of my 3 purchases. Fabrics not what I expected. Pants are cut small. Cheep waist band.

I emailed your service department and advised I needed authorization to return as per your policy. At the same time I asked for a mailing label and address. No response.
