Placed an order for 7 items, order was confirmed, money taken from my account, waited for the 7-10 days for confirmation of shipment, after 3 weeks, still never got a confirmation, only way to get to Azzlee is through email, did that 3 times, still no response or order. I only got a response after I contacted PayPal, This is a scam! Company not even in the United States!

Have been going back and forth with customer service about getting right item in my order.

You guys suck I have been trying to return items. You have been useless in helping. You bargain a percentage for return.

Horrible, don't ever buy from Azzlee, this is fake website, they don't send my order, I have to dispute charges on my credit card. SCAM same pictures of clothing is on different website companies.

It is always a risk to buy on line for someone like me who always feels the material of an item.

I would describe the material content ( cotton, linen, polyester), so one can make an informed opinion

It was very easy to use the website and it certainly is attractive. All the clothes look great and are well modeled. However you must be aware of the quality of the materials used and read the product descriptions before ordering. I thought I was getting a dressy kind of summer dress and the material used in part of it was a cheap imitation rayon. Ok to wear to the beach only.

I can't get a response for a RA # as I want to return everything. Pictures on line are cute but sizing is off, and the fabric is horrible, I fell for the scam, if it's too go to be true it is! I'll never order from this site or any site shipping from China again, Fool me once. So I'm out $80. I'm giving the crap clothes away.

I have sent multiple emails to inform you that this order never arrived, and have requested wither replacement or refund

This was a terrible experience. Clothes NEVER delivered. There is no customer service #, you have to email. I had to report as a fraudulent charge to get money back. Don't shop with this company! Read other reviews. Bad bad bad bad

Unsatisfactory due to quality and fit being poor. Had hope to wear it with other items in closet

The tp does not fit and I want to return it but there was no instructions with the package of how to return this item. There was no receipt or anything with this order. In my opinion this is no way to run a business. Please email me instructions on how to return this item.

Products took a long time to arrive. But overall satisfied with the two dresses I purchased.

I ordered xl and 2xl in the shirts. I can't get them over my bicep. Shorts Xl doesn't not go up passed my knee and only I leg fits in.

Working on returning to the company for a refund. I have emailed on 5/5/2023 the company.

This was a very easy purchase and communicating with customer service was a great experience. They gave me tracking information so I could follow where my order was and it arrived sooner than expected. I will definitely buy again.

In overall I don't like it. Very poor customer service.

I needed to return an order to change the size and they did nothing.

My items took forever to arrive, and they are completely ill fitting and just all around poor quality. I've contacted the company any number of times for their advertised "easy" returns - it is almost impossible! I still have the items, it's been nearly a month, and it takes a week or more to get any response to emails, and then they try to get you to "keep" the items for a fraction of price paid in return. It's a total scam. I'm so disappointed to do business with them. I'm going to keep trying to get this stuff returned, but at this point, I think they are just trying to make me just give up.
