Quality not what was expected and smaller than most mediums
All the materials I received have poor material and fit. The pictures must have been enhanced to show good quality clothes. The sizes and the fit are also much smaller than expected. Worse than everything is the customer service. I have emailed them numerous times to get a return authorization but they are not responding to them. Their policy also ask for return within 30 days after the receiving the merchandise.! This obviously shows that they don't like to refund the customers, this is what happens when we trust the out of country websites.

You can not speak to a person with anyone. The bathingsuit runs very small and I wanted to return/exchange. They offered a gift card. I followed directions but have heard nothing. Very disappointed.

Pants look NOTHING like what was in the photo when I purchased online, what I received was horrible quality, not even the same look as the online photo. To make matters worse, they sent me THREE emails asking if I'd like to keep the produce and be refunded 50%! Horrible experience

Beautiful Clothing! BUT sizing is NOT accurate! Buyer beware! I wear a large and ordered an X-large in 2 dresses & 3 tops and none of the articles of clothing fit. It took 15 days for me to receive my order. It took 4 days to receive a response from Azzlee (not 24 hours as stated) in regards to a refund. Customer pays ALL shipping & handling upon returns. Each returned article must be inspected by warehouse to make sure it is unworn & in original packaging in order to receive a refund. My clothing has not been worn, still in original packaging but I decided not to return due to high return shipping costs. Very frustrating! I hope my family or friends can wear this clothing otherwise I'll donate. Again, buyer beware! All I see is positive reviews and hate to be the first negative but Azzlee must change sizing appropriately! Clothing is really beautiful just not sized correctly! I will not be buying from this company again.

Nothing about my shopping met expectations. Took almost a month to arrive, no response from customer service, unable to return because customer service won't authorize (which is required). Unbelievable!
