I have tried to reach this company about returning items due to wrong size and can't get a response. I've sent several emails that have gone unanswered but the send me an email asking me to rate my experience, REALLY!

I was disappointed in the material of the garments so want to return 2 items. I emailed the service dept. to find out how to return items and did not get a response on the first try. I am still in the process to get this information. Not happy with service or garment quality.
The delivery time was much longer than I expected, but the sizing was off, I wear a size 2X, my daughter wears a medium and the three shirts that I ordered didn't fit her to the shoulders or the arms. I need to return all three. Thank you.

They are very slow with responses. I don't understand why they need to review why I want to return anything before sending me the information on how to do so. I have never had a company request this. Typically, you can go to the website to start a return.
