My first purchase, a little slow on my part
A month after placing the order I got an email about it. Replies that I've received nothing and never been given a notice the order shipped. I soon got notification of shipping, without all the products and no indication if those missing were on back order. Its's been a few days and the tracking link they sent still says the shipper hasn't received anything. Another week and I'll demand a full refund.
The clothes are cute and well priced, but just hope you don't have to exchange or return anything! The fees associated with both are outrageous! My mistake for not reading the fine print. I won't make that mistake again!

Trying to resolve the poor fit and quality has been frustrating. I cannot wear the blouses as they are very tight. I wanted to return for a refund but the cost to send to the U.S. is prohibitive. I was offer a 30% refund, hardly adequate as I can't wear them. Keeping them is useless.

I have been waiting 3 days for a response to my request for a Return Confirmation #. The website states a response will come within 24 hours. I have reached out twice now and have gotten no response. The only contact info they provide is an email, no phone # or chat line!

Waited several weeks then sent a email because I had no tracking info yet. Received an answer several days later that one of my items was out of stock and that was why nothing was shipped. Then I was asked if I wanted a refund or something else. I asked for a refund on the one item so my others could be shipped out. A couple days later I received another message saying the item was more back in stock and they would send everything. It took another week to get tracking info and I finally received my items. Loved all the items but it took way too long to get here.
It's been awful. The outfit is too tight and we've tried multiple times requesting a return form the day after receiving the item so we can ship it back but you've ignore our request. Even your email address online shoots back as not working try again. I've ordered many things online and this company is the worse in sending us the return forms. Will not be ordering again from this company. I just lost money which should not have happened.
