Made an order that came on time, but the shirts weren't what I expected. Looking to return two of them.
These arrived on time and were both beautiful (I ordered both the yellow and blue). Unfortunately the 5X size was smaller than I am used to in the 5X range and I ended up giving them to my daughter who wears a regular L. They were perfect on her.
I will never order from your company again and will tell everyone I know to stay as far away from this company as possible. I ordered three items and wanted to return two. After MULTIPLE emails to try to reach the company they finally responded and offered me a partial refund but to keep the items that I did not want. They $#*!ered back and forth and offered again a little bit more of a partial refund and I finally excepted. I figured that if I had this much trouble dealing with them that I could easily picture returning the items and not getting any refund at all. I will never order from this company again.
I want to return the dress and get a refund but it seems a long hard process to get any results
I have tried to contact Azzlee 3 times to return the above items which all either don't fit or inferior quality. I have been unable to get a response.
Still have not received my purchase after ordering over 15 days ago. Tired of hearing excuses about pandemic causing problems with shipping, I should have been told that it would take this long. I wanted to wear this on vacation.
On 4/20 I placed my order, I waited over 2weeks and placed a email inquiring on my order, I get a email to email *******@azziee. On 5/14 I receive a email to review my experience. Yet I have not heard where my order is but you didn't hesitate to charge my card.
Too small and Azzlee Says to co tact their customer service prior to attempting to return. I did. 3X before I got 1 response asking how I wanted to proceed, then after I responded there was nothing again. Will not purchase with them again!
I will never order from Azzlee again. I have been dealing with trying to make a return for over a month. People save yourself the trouble. Don't order from Azzlee.
Ordering was easy. Sizes seem to run true to size. The only thing I didn't like was the fabric from the pictures was hard to tell thickness and how well it would hold up.
Great customer service thus far! Very attentive! Constant care about delivery, easy tracking, and follow up.

Was unsure about ordering from a company that wasn't familiar to me but saw a few things I liked in an advertisement on the web so I tried it and I'm glad I did. I two tops and a pair of pants. All fit perfectly and I have received a lot of compliments on each of them. I love them. Because of hernia surgeries my abdomen is larger than the my normal size but the size I ordered still fit. I just wish it were a little looser in that area

I am a large, but usually wear a 1x because I like my clothes to fit loosely. I order 2x because I took a gamble that the sizing would be small. I wasn't prepared for the ridiculously small clothes I received. I couldn't even close the button up shirt after having order two sizes up from my actual size.
