Trying to return 2 items and they won't provide shipping address for returns!

Good experience...just need to return the dress.as I thought the dress had half sleeves.

Have tried repeatedly to get info on returning prodoct. Response is always "will you take so much percentage off and not rrturn..."

The dress fabric is pretty, but it is very thin and transparent -- one would need a full body slip to keep it modest. The medium was too small & tight, even though medium is the size of all my catalog/online orders and medium always fits me.

I never got my order. I sent emails asking to trace and never got an answer.

Ordered the blouse to wear to my grandsons wedding reception. It looks cool and filmy, in reality the material looked like medical scrubs material. Not dressy at all. Will be returning, not worth $38 for sure. Very disappointed!

I liked what was purchased but the sizing was off. Needed to return my order unfortunately.

I ordered a size large, my normal size. When the dress and jacket arrived I tried on the jacket. Seemed like size small. I could not even fit my arm into the jacket. I ordered this dress for a family wedding! What a disappointment! Horrible material! I mailed back to the address on the package since no one returned my email message about a refund! Then a week later your email came saying not to send the package back to address on the envelope! Too late! Package has arrived back to California! Complete refund requested Plus $12 for shipping dress back to you!

Not one of the items fits me. I ordered the size I always wear and not one thing fits.

Good very nice fabric good fit it was replacing an item that was not what I wanted

My order took over 2 weeks to get to me. The website tracking gave me a shipping confirmation one day then nothing for the next two weeks. The clothes are nice, but not exactly what described

Title says it all. I don't know how to contact them to return the t-shirt. I will wear the butterfly shirt, but overall I am disappointed. The sunflower top is unwearable as far as I am concerned

The shirts and jacket I received were not as pictured. The printing quality was really poor. The fabric the cheapest polyester.

The company doesn't respond when you want to return items.

Unsure how to make an exchange. Waiting for reply from company.
