I ordered a shirt back in April for a trip and never received notice it had shipped and when I asked for a status update, I was told it did ship. Then, I received a notice it was no longer available. I am still waiting for my refund.
No one has responded for refund.and would like to return some dresses for refund or even exchange.

I ordered two items, one fits fine, the other doesn't. It is not clear how to return the item I do not want. I have emailed their service center multiple times and I still don't know what to do. At one point they offered me a discount to keep the item I don't want. I will never order again from Azzlee for this reason.

In May 2 I ordered few tops from them. Immediately after I placed the order, I canceled thru an email. They agreed and promissed a full refund.

The quality of the two shirts was not what I expected and the fit was poor. The most frustrating part was I had to pay for the return shipping. Will never order from Azzlee again.
All around products were easy to purchase and shipped on time but all were required to hand wash
