I received my order over a week ago and have been trying to return it since then with no luck! Angry!

The blouse looked nothing like the picture. I read all the reviews about being almost impossible to return anything. I am not even going to go through all the trouble everyone has had trying to return something. I will just try to find someone who can use it. Sorry just being honest.

I have e-mailed Azzlee three times to request to start a return of part of my order and have not received a response.
The clothing is pretty, but the material is not to my liking. I have contacted the company, they responded once but not directly to my concerns. I reiterated I needed to make a return, but received no receipt or any paperwork with items and needed directions and assistance to do this. I am still waiting for a response. Now 10+ days from original request.
Items were cute but material was thin and I needed to return. This brought a whole new set of problems. They want to send you 30% compensation or a gift card. I do not want either because I won't be shopping here again due to the poor customer service!

Love the looser/relaxed styles, a variety of neutral tones and fabrics used. Ordered 3 tops and 2 pants. Ordered sizing L bc I saw products shipped from china. No issue with that but have noticed that closing and shoes made in china are smaller than US in the same size. Most items were neutral in color except for two tops. The tops coloring was not as pictured, web's coloring is more muted which I prefer. Kept all items bc of pricing and their intended casual wear/use.
