I have been trying to return items from my order because they don't fit me. I reached out to customer service at least 3-4 times for over a week before I got an email back. I provided all my information and reasons for my return and now no response.
The tops are beautiful but their sizes seem to run small. I've contacted Azzlee customer service through emails multiple times for information and instructions on returning the merchandise, and I have yet to receive a response from Azzlee. The window or timeframe for returning the merchandise is fast approaching, and I am not pleased with their customer service or lack of customer service or their ignoring my requests.

I received this dress from Azzlee. The fabric was very thin and it didn't fit, despite my following their size guidelines. Azzlee won't allow you to make returns for refunds unless you get their authorization and instructions by email. However, AZZLEE WON'T RESPOND TO YOUR EMAIL REQUESTS SEEKING AUTHIRIZATION TO RETURN ITEMS.

I haven't received my order And have been unable to get tracking info or any info about it.
It was my first time shopping online and it really was hit or miss, I went by the size chart given for each item and only three items fit out of the 9 items I ordered. Now I will have to see how the customer service department does when I go to do my return.Also I'm still waiting on another order I placed, we will see how that one does.
