I have tried to return the clothes but have no address and no return shipping label. I have tried to contact Azlee for a refund and how to do the return I have not received an answer and would not do business again with them!
I emailed for returns like I was supposed to and didn't hear back for a few days so proceeded to send another e-mail regarding that - finally got a return email and its a whole song and dance with a few options on how to get my money back. All I wanted was an address to send it to and get back the money I paid for it. I still haven't gotten any response to the option that I picked for returning the merchandise. Would not recommend unless you know for sure you will be keeping your merchandise.

I have tried *******@azzlee.com to return an item from my order. To date no reply with instructions on how to return the item. The website states that I must first get instruction from Azzlee, or my item will not be accepted for return.
Took a long time before I was informed these pants were out of stock! I really wanted them.
I liked the outfits, but they are not true to size unfortunately.
First order and items arrived fine, but wanted to return one due to fit. Although they say they take returns, they make it very difficult if not impossible. First you have to email customer service, they were slow to respond, then offered a small credit to not return the item. When I emailed them again I received no response. Will not order again.
Bought size I always wear of other brands and they didn't fit (couldn't even get it over the shoulders) so have been trying to get a return address but they just seem to be putting me off. They did respond but it's like a run around response with no information with a return address. Buyer beware!

Not good. I was hoping the clothes fit. They did not. The quality was not good. The pictures are different then what I received
I have not received my order. They indicated delivery would be be 8-12 days. It's been a month and still haven't received anything
I reached out immediately and numerous times following receipt of the merchandise to start a return on all the items I purchased, as they did not fit. Finally, when I did receive a response, it was noncommittal and made multiple options I can do instead of getting credit for the return which was last on their list. Finally out of complete frustration I opted for their 30% credit back to my charge card and I would keep the merchandise. I asked for a confirmation that this would happen and I have yet to receive anything back confirming that they are going to give me the 30% refund that they offered, now it's been beyond the 30 days which is probably the game they play stringing this out for so long. Let me say that originally I asked to initiate a complete refund and return on these items, and those instructions were never given to me, nor was I given any instruction to do so. I was given only the alternate methods of "pleasing me". I will never again purchase anything from this company and I suggest no one else does either.
The type of fabric is not described on the site,so I imagined the blouses to be cotton or viscose.
I received my parcels. One doesn't fit properly. The other was lovely but just didn't suit my body type.
I wish to return items (both bags) for refund. Both items are exactly as delivered.back in numbered bags. Please advise me on next steps.
