I received the 3 articles after a considerable long wait--I felt they were poorly constructed and cheaply made! The pictures which the company shows on the website are really adorable and that's what convinced me to put in an order--but I got carried away! I contacted the company--another difficult experience- and finally they urged me to keep the articles and they would send me a $20gift certificate to purchase more things from them! Bottom line is they do not want you to return anything. After several attempts I finally got a response from some with unusually detailed instructions as to how to go about returning something! They still urged me to keep the clothes that I did not want! It was so frustrating! They did tell me if I did not follow the instructions to the absolute letter I would not get my account credited! Then it was a long wait to finally see the credit when I looked online! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM THEM! EVER AGAIN!
It took me three emails and several messages on face book to get a response for returning. Currently its been 4 weeks and I still haven't received my 30% back.

Totally not honoring request received instructions and options to return dresses I picked to send back for refund and am still waiting for return address. Don't understand the problem.

Azzlee claims to have a return policy, but in practice they do everything they can to make it impossible. Sent three emails to their "customer service" address. After the third they finally replied but only to describe their policy (repeating what was already on their website), and tell me that if I want to proceed I should reply again (this after three emails from me making it very clear what I wanted). They still have not gotten back to me with a return authorization or address; instead they offered me a 30% refund just to forget about it and stop bothering them. I told them that a 30% refund on a product that was 100% unusable was not acceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!

It took my order longer to get here than expected! Then I got the order and somethings were not the quality I would've liked. I need to return items in my order and they will not respond to me! The response I got back bowls what are you going to return. Do not return anything unless you get instructions. Then I asked for instructions numerous times, and they will not give me an answer!
This company advertises a 30-day return policy but there is no information about how to return on their website, no packing list included with the items, and they have not responded to numerous emails, but they require approval before you can send in returns. Worst online ordering experience I have ever had.
I ordered items, unfortunately none of them fit (all too small). I sent numerous emails to the company requesting authorization to return the items, and they never responded. I am now stuck with 4 outfits that I am not able to wear. Will have to try and sell them through social media.
I am extremely frustrated that I didn't get a response. The clothing is cute, seems to be of good quality. I would have been interested in ordering more items, but this experience has soured me. Won't order from here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

Customer service is nonexistent. Order took over 1 month to arrive. Dresses ran 3 sizes smaller than stated. Fabric is very thin. Trying to figure out how to return.

The designs are nice and the colours but materials are so thin.
I wish one could see all colours of the same style on one page. Loading the code was not easy. It moves too quickly at the top of the page.
