I contacted customer service, but they wanted me to pay for some club before they would accept my information about a return that I wanted to make. Now I am stuck with an unwanted product. The quality of the product was unacceptable. It was cheap and poorly made. I tried shopping with this company by buying one item, but based on my experience I will no longer even look at what they offer.
The ordering was fine and everything went smoothly. Received the items on a timely basis. Pair of pants fit but the shorts absolutely did not. I have been trying to return them for over two weeks. I have now sent nine emails and finally received a reply which gave me three options. If I really wanted to return them, which I do, to let them know and they would send me the information on how to do so. I replied to that email and got it back saying the address was not valid. I have sent another one to the same address only not as a reply and I did not get that one back but neither have I heard from them. This is been going on for over 2 1/2 weeks and I have stated that we are leaving town and I need to get this done. At this point I've pretty much figured I'm just gonna have to suck it up and lose the money on the shorts which don't fit. They stay easy returns, no, I don't think so.
