Admittedly, I bought some clothes with zero reviews. My mistake. The ones I did that had good reviews and were true to size are perfect. I would buy it again, but only on clothes with reviews.

Your sizing runs small and you need to order 2 sizes bigger than what chart says. You advertise easy refunds/returns yet I have now emailed twice and still no response in over a week. I see same clothes advertised with various companies so feel that this is a scam which I will report to Facebook and instagram if I don't get a response. I

Ordered four items, trying to return two of them. I have attempted to reach out to Azzlee via email (as instructed on their return policy) but had gotten no response on how to send the clothes back. I've reached out three times. I'm guessing this is their policy - just don't respond and then say the window to return anything has expired. The sweater received was very cheap looking fabric and the shirt almost shear (not at all what is pictured on the website). Clothes are cute but you don't seem to be able to return them as there is NO customer service, no phone number to call and all emails go to one address. I will never order from them again. Waste of money

Have contacted customer service to make an exchange on 1 shirt for different size, no response after a week. Return of if one shirt for refund (too sheer) - no response after one week
