Two out of three items COMPLETELY different from the picture on the ad. The customer service is AWFUL. Utterly unresponsive. They will cause their own failure.
None of the items fit properly and the size is one I buy all the time with no issues from other online retailers. I cannot find how to return on their site and no one has responded to my emails.
The sweater turned out to have garish colours, very large knit of polyester weaver, and was ugly. Would have had to post it at my expense to the US to return it, but it was actually shipped to me from Auckland, not too far from where I live. Alternately, I was offered a 30% refund and keep the sweater. I chose that option and donated the sweater to the mission. Never Again.
