If you think you might need to return the item, DO NOT order from here, horrible customer service. I received the items I ordered and they were nice, but did not fit. I knew that if I exchanged them the new items would not be at my house by the time I needed them, so I needed to return them. And that is when my still going journey to hell began. First off to return them you have to email them to even get "approval" to return. Took 4 days for someone to answer me the first time, and gave me the run around to exchange and not return. When I emailed them back that I needed to return I have heard nothing. I need them to send me the approval and address to send the items. That was 2 weeks ago. I have emailed them every other day trying to reach anyone, and I get no emails back. There is no number to call, so I am stuck with a box of clothes that don't fit still it is a hefty amount of money that I can't use. Unless you know you will keep the be clothes no matter what, I do NOT recommend shopping here. Hope to hear back from someone soon, otherwise I am contacting the BBB to get help. The journey to hell continues.

Update- the clothes were not what I was thinking. White pants and floral top were very see through. Very disappointed with my first and only purchase.

Delivery was prompt, quality reasonable - quite thin knit - but the colour was disappointing.
Took forever to receive. The 2 piece of set that is TOOOO small - is now impossible to return. No packing slip, no phone number to contact anyone. The email address provided to use as a request for a return code does not work. I sent my request twice. Both came back to me saying my email was undeliverable. I finally went to Facebook - private message in order to contact someone! It is now 6 days later - and I still am waiting for a return code!
I will be much more cautious about buying on line. Photos can be deceiving.

Have emailed now four times to try an return the items that I purchased as they are no way the size represented. The items run much smaller. The policy of Azzlee is that you must contact them inorder to return items and you only have 30 days in which to return. They have yet to respond to my several requests and there is no phone number to contact them by.
Bought a 2x in the shirt. I normally wear a 0x or a 1x. The shirt arrived in good time. The shirt sizing the company offers is not correct in my opinion. The shirt is more of an XL. I then reached out to return the item and asking for a return address, it took 3 days to receive a response offering a gift card. I responded 5 days ago letting them know that I would rather return the item for a refund. Still waiting……
I ordered two blouses weeks ago and have not received them.
Will not shop with Azlee again. Pants were of poor quality. Fabric did not seem to be the cotton stated. More like a synthetic. Still trying to return the garment and having trouble with the company.
OK, except wouldn't accept my debit card so used paypal with the same exact debit card and it worked.
