I purchased a few items the date they arrived, I tried immediately and none of them fit me or quality was too poor.
I wrote 5 emails asking for instruction for return the entire purchased but they never get back to me, I had to call my bank and put a dispute, I return everything to the address on the package and after more than 10 days they send me and email asking for a review but nothing about my return.
Wrong sizes were mailed. Nothing fits. Not traditional sizing. Then they want you to pay shipping for their mistake.
Will not give reviews on stuff I haven't gotten yet.
I have been trying to return some of the items I bought and NO ONE will get back to me. They don't let you send it to the address it came from. My window to return is getting close and there is nothing I can do about it. I would not recommend ordering from this "store".

It appears they may not because they want me to keep the items and they want to give me a 30% discount on my next purchase. NOT ACCEPTABLE! They want me to keep items that do not fit. Why should I keep them? To donate to Goodwill? Not ok. I don't have spare money to waste this way! Buyer beware!

Shipping was so expensive and the mail tracking did not give me any transparency to know when the items would arrive. I needed them for a special event so it was very inconvenient to be left waiting wondering if they would arrive on time.
So very easy - from ordering to receiving the pkg. I went looking for navy blue pants and t stumbled on these. They are perfect.
Items ordered did not fit and I have had zero cooperation from customer service in getting the information needed to make my return. The items were attractive, just as they appeared on the web site, but not true to sizing as far as I could tell. Needing to return them for a refund has turned into a nightmare. If I can get through this transaction, I will not be dealing with this company again.

I think that Azzlee needs to respond to emails promptly and to make the return/compensation part much more streamlined.
