This was my first time shopping for clothes online because I usually like to try things on and I like to see the real colour things on me first. However, I'm impressed with the service though not everything fits. The cut of the most of the clothes is very nice. But I will check next time to see which ones are synthetic and which ones are natural materials because it varies quite a bit with the piece.
Returned a dress that was poorly made with iron-on transfer details. I sent the item back on May 3rd. I have sent them over 15 emails with no response. I do not know what to do from here. Good Luck ordering from them.

The clothes are poor quality. Dealing with Azzlee was frustrating. For 10 days, I got no reply from Azzlee when I tried to return the order. I sent 8 emails before I got an email reply.

Nothing delivered looked like the fabrics on the ads. Size of t-shirt not even close to advertised image. Tops are cheap and do not have a nice texture. I am not getting replies to my emails for the refund/return process you imposed.
The items took a while to be delivered and they are not the best quality. The tops are so thin, I have to wear a camisole under them. The dress quality is again a little lacking. The pants are think, but seem OK, although I have not laundered them yet.
The sweater I ordered was missing, and there was no explanation as to why it was not with the other items. Also, I needed to return three of the items and reached out to Azzlee at least three times. There was no response from Azzlee to the emails I sent. So I used the return address on the package and returned them with a written explanation and a copy of the receipt. I hope I am able to get a refund. I probably won't shop with Azzlee again because there's no way to talk to a representative and no one responded to my emails.
