Requested a return because nothing fits, sizes run extremely small they are not true to size. Azzlee has not responded to my return request yet
Took quite a while to receive after order was placed.
Once again, I fell for an internet ad with clothes from a Chinese company. The clothes were poorly made, and I went through an ordeal trying to return them to the company. I must have emailed half a dozen times asking for a return address, and they kept trying to give me a store credit or a discount on my next order. I am now waiting for my refund after returning the items and sending them a tracking number. What a nightmare.
Where are my tops? I ordered them more than 3 weeks ago and even though I got a notice that they were delivered I never received them.
The clothes were way too small. The ordering was easy and they were delivered on time. Not sure about return service yet.
Was a Lining inside that just goes to short length therefore is quite noticable which is disappointing — full or none would be better
The style is great however I now will have to remove the lining or add to the inner lining
1st time.ordering and will NEVER do so again. The clothing in person is not what's pictured. The cheapest of materials. No actually clothing tags with "Azzlee" name or any other name for that matter. For over a week I've trying to find out from them how/where to return and be refunded. Their service department is HORRIBLE. I was offered partial refund and keep the crap but no address where to send back it answering if my several emails. Everything went into their website making all the items look great & professional. Believe me I say they ARE NOT!
When I was entering order it kept changing my choices si had to redo several times. When it artived aftef 3 weeks I item was wrong size and 2 others were not true to size-much smaller. When i contacted them to return I got no response after several tries.
I'm still waiting for a communication as to how to return 2 of my items for full credit. I sent an e-mail days ago. Clothing looks much nicer and of higher quality in your ads. Did you let potential buyers know that hand washing is required?
Delivery was fast which I thank you for that but disappointed with the items. The three pair of pants are too long. The blue one not the same as the picture. Not impressed at all with the solid white shirt and the blue one.
