Very disappointed. Also have asked customer service in multiple emails to provide directions to return and request refund and cannot get any help or response.
I was pleased with most of my order thank you. But two of the pieces I was disappointed in. They are made from too heavy of a fabric. Would have been a lot better if you would add what they are made from on your products.
Getting Azlee to correct the situation was a nightmare. I'm basically out money. They said they'd give me a credit memo to use for further purchases but I never saw it.

I tried emailing MANY times on how to return two items. I finally had to login and submit a contact us request to get someone to reply to me. I replied to that email and STILL haven't gotten a response with a shipping address on where to mail the items back. Wonder if I will even get a refund once I mail it.

I had Azzlee show up on my news feed on Facebook. I checked the reviews and waited a long time before I ordered anything unsure if the clothes were as pictured. I'm pleased with the quality but the tops are a small make. It has been a process to return 2 of the 4 items for bigger sizes and I'm still in that process as yet. I purchased as per measurements but they are small. Hopefully I can exchange for bigger sizes as I like the blouses.
