If it were not for the slow customer service I have experienced, I would give this company a better star rating. Once you purchase items, you cannot return items for a refund or exchange unless you contact them through their customer service email and get a return authorization. I have emailed them twice and have not received a response to either email for a return authorization. Very disappointed.
