Love the dresses. Comfortable and well made. Good quality. However the customer service is terrible. I wanted to make a return. The return policy says have to email the company first before returning. I have emailed them 3 times and have gotten no response. They only give you 30 days to return. Their response time is very slow! Love the clothes and would buy again but not if this continues to be a hassle to return them.
Shipping took a full month and all of the items have an odd aroma and none ate true to size. I've emailed numerous times requesting the authorization to return the items (as stated in the policy) but have yet to receive a response. The customer service is dreadful. I want to return ALL of items and receive my refund.

I can only do my experience based on communications. I ordered in early May with a 3-5 day processing. Three weeks later and it still shows as processing, a shipping label was created on May 29 which was when I questioned the timing.
Even after email asking how delivery was and to wait 24-48 hours there is no change in shipping status.
The clothes are complety different from Instagram. The material is not good, The size and The shape are not right and The colora different.
I have not received our parcel as yet which i find most frustrating. I hope this matter will be looked to as soon as possible.

However, it has been several days past that with no contact from you other than the generic review request. I wish that I had heeded the average 2-star reviews on your site. I just want to return this item to you and get a refund.
All items were made with poor quality material and smaller than a normal 2x. I've sent two emails about returning with no result until today. I've sent the clothes to the return address praying$15.00 and this afternoon received an email telling me not to do that and to answer 3 questions before they would tell me where to send them. No way to run a business. I will never order grin Azzlee again.

Returning items is not easy. You have one month to return items & they have to approve the return. I requested a return & have not heard back from them. I will not be ordering from them again.

Was not aware that everything purchased had to be handwashed only. Realized that tops are smaller in size than the "typical" size I usually purchase and capris are longer than a capri length.
