Two of the shirts I bought are described as sweatshirts. They are not sweatshirts, they are light shirts made from nylon. One especially is made of a horrible fabric that produces incredible static electricity.
Order received. Promised in 8-12 days. Received in 13 days. Products as expected. Happy with one. Okay with second. Need to return third. Return process on one of my three items is TBD. As of now, 6 days after sending a return request, I have not heard back from Azzlee service center. I have 30 days to complete a return. Unsure where I'll have to ship my item/how long it will take to receive my money back. Hoping all goes well.
No problem with the Service but very disappointed that the size runs small.
Horrible. Not as pictured. Not as described. I've never dealt with a company that seemed so reluctant for you to return items. No phone number to speak directly with anyone. They were keeping that return address even after 14 days. I chose to take a 50% refund and keep to clothes. This took almost three weeks after the agreement.

No information came in the packaging to allow a return so was unable to address the issues.
The shirts I first ordered was to small and the dress looked silly for my age. Rather than taking them back and sending a larger size and refunding the dress they offered me credit. I wish the fabrics used their clothes were more natural! Too much poly Hard to find 2 pieces I liked. Sorry ordered anything. Started in March, final delivery the end of May
Quality less than what I expected- t shirt colors are more "neon" than depicted in picture. Ads should list fabric content- pants not worth the money, expected a finer fabric.
Okay. Wish some of the clothes had a better description. Like the white blouse would look great with a cami under it and the material might snag. I need to return 2 of the items
