I purchased 3 dresses which when received were made of a non-quality fabric and just hung on me like a sheet wrapped around me. When inquiring about a return there was no response for weeks. When I finally heard from Azzlee, this was their response:

1. We gladly accept unworn, undamaged, unwashed items with original labels attached (the hang tag and transparent package).Please note that your returned product is required to be quality inspected after it is received in the warehouse. Once the returned item has been detected as used or worn, we cannot issue a refund for it.
2. We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost. Remember to give us a tracking number within 7 days after you receive the return address we provided. Otherwise, we are afraid that we will not accept returns and no refunds.
3. We are happy to refund the price of item/s you returned (not including shipping fee as we had shipped it) after receiving the parcel and checking. So, to ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.
If you are sure of the above info, we will show you the return address and product info. Please don't ship to the address on the package bag you received.
Additionally, we also provide another option. Would it be a considerate solution that you keep the return item and we refund you 30% of it as compensation?
Or how about you keep the item and we offer you a gift card? The amount of it is the same as the total discounted prices of the return items.

I would high recommend that you never shop with Azzlee! They do not sell quality products and do not stand behind their products. I'm sorry I trusted them as a legitimate company.

I was unsatisfied with 2 out of the 4 blouses, one is see through, the other did not fit right. I would like to return them. I have sent many emails to service no response to date.
Not sure the sizing is right. Seems to vary. Only 1 garment was poor fitting. Unhappy that materials are not disclosed beforehand. Would have not purchased those of all cotton.
I was happy to find some cotton knit shorts in a little size! Unfortunately the smallest size is still too large for me. Also, they are a woven fabric, and I mistakenly thought they were going to be in a cotton knit. I will pass these shorts along to someone else who will fit better.

Ordering was fine, but one blouse is very disappointing and the other is okay. I really like the necklace!
The website described both shirts as "cotton blend". The labels on both said "100% polyester". The quality of both the fabric and the sewing is poor. I am in the process of trying to return both. I have sent 3 emails, but don't yet have a return address for them.
Bought a shirt that does not for and I have sent five emails to the company and they do not reply. The website says they will reply in 24 hrs well that is a lie. So you only have 30 days to return it their website says not to send back an item until you have contacted us and we have replied. Well, they don't reply so I am almost at my 30 days and still have the shirt and no replies from the company.
Just not what fits my style. The clothing didn't resemble the photos on the website.
I can't address the merchandise because we can't seem to get it. We placed an order on May 19, I received notice today yesterday that it had shipped. According to their tracking software, it has not. It should not take weeks to pull an order!
I think the blouse is poor quality I've been trying to return it and have yet to be sent the code and address necessary to make the return.
