You make it very difficult to return an item and you don't even have a customer service phone number to call...not good business
Azzlee has a terrible return policy. Does not respond in a timely manner and then tries to have you accept less than you paid for item i.e., 30-50% of cost would be refunded on top of postage which you have to prove was sent by adding tracking. I will never buy from this company again.
Dissapointed that items aren't as I pictured them - pictures used on site are blurry and unable to zoom in or see more than one view of each item. No info with items for return for change of size etc... Probably wouldn't shop again.

Shopping was the easy part. On April 17 I chose 4 items that I really liked and they came quickly and they fit! I was happy! Except I ordered 4 items and rec'd 3. There was no explanation with my package so I emailed the company. I didn't receive a reply so about 5 days later I emailed again. I rec'd a reply that my item was on backorder. I emailed again asking if it was available in a different color but rec'd no reply to that so I sent another email asking for a refund. My reply was fairly immediate that I would receive a refund in 15-30 days! It's been 25 days and I'm still waiting.
Enjoyed shopping a azzlee. Had trouble trying to find care instructions and materials in product. Still have not figured out how to return a product.

Customer service is difficult to get in contact with. I've now sent 4 emails trying to return. I think the return window will close before I get any response. Awful..
All 3 garments were not as described. Very disappointed with them when they arrived. Will use as rags

Granted the price is low but I guess you get what you pay for. Pictures look great on the website - it is NOT what shows up. Quality and fabrics are very cheap. I have been trying to return the items I bought. (Still in the process... maybe) Initially the email address they say to use - nothing shows up when you type it in. Finally after trying different ways of contacting them - I got a response about 10 days later asking for details. Then another week and another email asking for pictures of tags and labels. All of which I have done. I await a response. I've read that others have been scammed by this website with either products not showing up or unable to return. Can't recommend it.
I'm asking for a refund. They gave me three options and I choose the 30% refund without returning the items. I'm sure postage to return will be too much. I didn't like the tops I purchased at all.
