I would like to return items. They are incorrectly sized for me.
They offered options for the return, responded to email and were easy to work with.

Ordered this jacket after seeing on Facebook. Fit was perfect and the order was delivered to my door. Excellent service. The kjacket fitted well and is a warm as toast but so light on. Love it.
I ordered 3 items. When I took them out of the packaging, I had to pull up pics to compare. They don't look like the photos, and upon closer inspection, I noticed that many of the models in the pics are not actually wearing these clothes. They look photoshopped on.
I somehow ordered two of the same pant and had to pay at usps to return it. Never had a response to my asking how to go about this?

Good shopping experience. I love 2 of the 3 items I bought. Great fabrics, good construction and comfy fit. However the one pair of casual capri pants was made of horrible, polyester-feeling fabric. It was like cheap velour. Also, the great big elastic waistband was bunchy and rolled immediately. The label said 100% cotton. Hard to believe. So... mixed review. For the price I'm satisfied with the ones I liked.
The item was way too small and not the size as it was represented. The other problem was it was not clear how to return the item. I ended up giving it away.
Bad. Not happy at all and now I have to figure out how to return all this.
