Apparently you can't return an item without contacting them and receiving a correct address to which to send your return. I have sent many emails. No one will send me the address.

Sizes are not accurate. The clothes are not anything like what you see on the website.

I received an email to see if I had received my order or not. And of course I haven't. Then I got an email back to say it was out of stock and I had to send a link for the order. So don't they have my order? May 12 th I placed this order. Incredibly slow!

Product received is not like the image shown on the website it looks like something my grandmother made for me when I was 8 years ild out of scraps of yarn

I ordered this dress for my daughters wedding. I was very disappointed that the bust area is so small. When women wear plus sizes, they usually have bigger breasts. I pulled it down but was very tight. The rest fit well. The arm holes are fine and the flare of the dress fine. I liked that it has a lining. It's very soft.

Merchandise is nice but buyer beware if you have to return something. VERY long process to return. I've never experienced anything like it. Still waiting for a response from customer service to give me the okay to return my items...WHAT!? It has been going on for three weeks and still no response.

I need to return all of the pieces I received. They are beautiful, and different from other blouses I've seen. But with my shape even a larger size would not do well. Please let me know what I need to do to return them. Thank you.

My order was very slow coming. There were only 2 of the things I ordered in the package. They didn't fit. And there seems to be no way to return them. Very disappointed!

It was okay. I'm just not happy about how long it took for the items to arrive (3 weeks) and I don't like the pants. Have sent a message about returning them but have not heard back yet. A bit disappointed.

So disappointed, clothing runs small, when asked about returning they refused the merchandise and it was not even wore, just tried on. Very disappointed in merchant.

I ordered at the end of April for my vacation at the end of May and it arrived after I was gone. When I finally got home and tried it all on, nothing fit. It was all sized wrong. I've contacted them 3 times since then and they won't get back to me. Horrible experience.
