Not happy with policy! Not able to return the top I ordered, it was too small.

Everything shipped quickly, and I love two items! One item did not work for me, and I am having difficulty initiating a refund for it. Been trying to contact them using their instructions because "permission to return an item" must be requested and approved prior to returning it. I will follow up this review if and when I am successful in receiving a refund.

The quality of the clothing is poor. The sizing is small and it is difficult to return and get your money back. Return shipping is at your own cost and they give you the run around when you try to return. Awful service!

My order was placed on June 3rd, received on June 3rd with a delivery date of June 6th. Where is my order? The tracking indicates it was sent from Los Angeles and is now (June 12) in Greenwood, Indiana. I live in Helena, MT. Do they not own a map? Customer service is MIA with zero response. Stay away from this company if you live anywhere out of CA. Come on! Please use UPS instead of USPS. So frustrating!

25 days after placing an order for several items, they have not arrived and there's no way to see where they are in the shipping process. Never again for this vendor.
