Not easy to return. Have to start by emailing service department and wait for return email two days later. Told there is a deadline to return (or pay), you have a choice to receive a discount on the item (don't want if they don't fit) OR return at your own expense. And asked my choice. I wanted to return but had to wait for a return address from their May 11 email until June 5th (after my April 21 purchase). It's past 30 days. Had to dispute on my credit card.
I hate dealing with foreign distributors but never know till it's too late, then they charge you more for international fees and now i can't wear it or get a refund because in the meantime, someone has hacked my account

Hello, everything I recevied was too small. I ordered a large. A large for this company and manufacturer must be at 8-10. The clothers are not as cute as pictured. Never again.

Do not buy from this company. They told me I would receive my order in 5 to 8 business days. It has been over a month. They do not respond when inquiring about an order. Terrible customer service, never again.

Azzlee will not give me the information needed to exchange my purchases for a smaller. They take a week or more to return my emails.They have sent various requests for pictures, SKU numbers and more. It has been almost 3 months and I am still waiting to be able to exchange these items.
I reviewed the size chart and made my own measurements making sure of my sizing only to find out that items didn't fit.
All items with the exception of the leggings were too small. The clothing is well made, beautiful material and as advertised; however I would say it's not made for curvy figures!

I loved this dress in the picture but, it doesn't look anything like that in real life. It's much longer than expected (I'm 5'10") and the color of the jacket is not blue, it's a greenish color that does not match the dress. I contacted the seller to return my items (I bought 2 to make sure 1 fit - that's how much I liked it!) and have heard NOTHING back from them. I am very dissatisfied and will not purchase from this seller again.
