The garments are made of the most terrible thin fabric I have ever seen. Azzlee must own this website because nobody could possibly like these clothes.

The only suggestion I have for better service would be to have a means to track the delivery of the order.
Notification of ship date and a tracker number. If that is not possible a clear means to contact a customer service representative.

I have not received my items but I'm being asked to review them? Can you tell me when I will get them.

Check your measurements - pants way too big but used their measurements to pick a size

I ordered the item (pictured above) in good faith but what I actually received was totally different in every respect! As you can see from the photo image - this was to be a coloured 'loose weave' cardigan, predominantly black.
What I got was in no way the same item!
I am so very disappointed.

Cheap, poor quality, runs small, can't get wrinkles out without ironing. I haven't ironed in last 18 years.

The items do not look anything like the pictures. I was disappointed with the colors, which were darker than the pictures.

I have ordered from Azzlee several times before and had great results! This time however, unfortunately the two outfits I ordered where not the right size for me. I normally wear a large and because I wanted this style of outfit to be the baggy look I ordered a size larger XL (16-18) to be safe. Upon receiving the order when I tried on the pants they are so small, maybe a 12 I couldn't get them over my butt without ripping them. I was so disappointed with this as all other orders have been perfect. I am returning this order but will definitely order from Azzlee again as I love the selection of clothing they offer.

They've offered me a 30% discount by keeping it. Ex postage and return postage. I told them I'd go with the 30% discount with the options I was given. Waiting to hear if I've been credited yet.

I need to return two items and have sent an email request but have not received a reply.

I ordered the sunflower top but had forgotten to change the size from S to 2XL. I noticed immediately when I recieved my confirmation email. I replied right away about the problem, but was told several days later that they did not receive my email in time to change the size. I was going to ship it back, but have decided to keep it and give it to my granddaughter for her birthday. I have already ordered the correct size for myself in a separate order.

Disappointed with material of the blouse but love the pants.

The blouse is pretty, perhaps should be a few inches longer as in larger sizes the width is large. I am happy with it
