I have been ghosted by Customer Service! I emailed to get my return code and have not heard back from them!
I ordered several pieces. They did arrive quickly but the quality is extremely poor. It looks nothing like the pictures online. Communication to return was not easy and when I did finally receive a return authorization, I immediately returned the items. It has been 1 month and no refund, no contact, nothing. Don't waste your money

I live in a very warm climate and was expecting the three items to b in "Cotton blends" as listed. All three came in a very sleazy hot polyester.

Shopping was easy but delivery was longer than expected and it's impossible to return items.
I do love Azzlee's merchandise that they offer. However their size comparison chart is "off" compared to American sizes. So I do suggest to order blouses about 2 sizes bigger then suggested by the chart. Also, be patient for delivery, - this merchandise comes from overseas (China) therefore it takes about a month to get to US., but it is well worth the wait.
I am hoping to straighten out my order, so I am so glad that Azzlee is helping me.
I ordered on May 28th and here it is June21st and I have not received my order.

I thought after receiving something I was not happy with that I would not be accommodated, but you did, with a credit which I used on other items that was very nice.
I thought it was a linen set. Appeared a little old fashioned for me.
Try and return an item? Yeah it costs me more to return than the order cost and the order was not cheap.
