Disappointed returned blouse
Looks cheap and I didn't like the material

Sizing too small. Doesn't seem easy to return as I haven't received return information yet.

Delivery was good
Love the pants but the tops were all too small. Sizing is off
Trying to get my money back and no one is responding to me.

I appreciate the feedback but I do not know how to return and did not know if it would work

I can't describe yet, haven't told me how to ship item back, as requested in my email, sent 6/17/23

I did not receive the promised shipping information which prompted me to contact customer service.

It was a great order with no issues. They arrived neatly and are lovely. Great light fabric for summer and a pretty color. Size was good as well.

The picture is not reflect what we received. Very disappointed

I haven't received my dress! Ordered it first week in June and I can't track it. I've asked for phone number to contact you but haven't heard anything back! I want a refund PLEASE! I have no dress and 48 dollars gone too!

Had to place a re-order. 1st order did not go through. 2nd had no problem.

Ordered 4/28, rec'd 5/10, requested size exchange 5/13. Very complicated exchange - option 1) pay $$$$ shipping 2) keep 5 items for $100 more (which I did.) Did not receive items till 6/23! Two whole months from original order.

I placed an order on June 3rd, I am still waiting for order to arrive on June 26th. When I first contacted company by email, I was informed of an item being on back order and this was the hold up. I asked them to refund that item and ship the rest. I was then informed that another item was out of stock, and again asked for refund. Still have not received remainder of my order. I will not order from this site again.

Shopping was easy, but the quality/material, and cut and colors had varied issues. I usually like to try before I buy, but I took the chance here because everything looked cool and casual. Returning all but two items, for a full refund, but have to pay return shipping.

My purchase arrived within the time window promised. I want to return 2/4 items purchase. I followed Azzlee's instructions and the return has still not been resolved- 6 days after my initial return request on 6/21. Today is 6/26. It seems they simply ignore my email. This is a waste of everyone's time.

I would like to see the fabric content and also have a return address in case I have to return anything.
