I tried to exchange my outfit for a smaller one. It is adorable. They run big. Hope they fit! Good luck on getting Azzlee to respond I'm just out the money and nothing that fits.

Customer service never contacted me back to give me instructions on how to handle the return. If I send it back to the address on the package, they will not refund back my money unless they give me authorization to return quite a scam.

I ordered 5 tops from Azzlee. 4 of them were size 2X and one was labeled 18W. The 4 tops that were 2X were so small I couldn't even put them on. The one labeled 18W fit just fine. Items can't be returned unless you first get instructions from customer service. After emailing customer service I was given 3 options: One option was to return the items at my own expense at which point they said I would get a refund. The second option was to keep the items and receive a refund of a fraction of what the items cost. The third option was to keep the items and receive a 'gift card' in the form of a promo code to use on their site. I told them I would take the gift card option and planned to only purchase items that weren't sized S, M, L, 1X, 2X, etc. as they were obviously not equivalent to US sizes. I have now emailed customer service 4 times in the past 10 days asking when I would receive the code and I have gotten no replies. I don't know when, or if, anyone will ever respond and supply me with the code. There is no way to contact Azzlee except via their customer service email address. So, for now...I'm just out of luck.

I enjoy the colors and patterns. The applique like a tee shirt is not what I would have chosen. The description on the site is unclear. Also, no information about washing instructions. Both items are handwash only. Not my choice usually either.

The clothes are nice with a good price but customer service to return an item is non existent. I have sent a request for return assistance over the course of a week 4 times without a response whatsoever. My wife likes the clothes i got her but the sizing runs small so we want to refund/exchange some of the items. NO CONTACT FROM AZLEE AT ALL. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU LIKE THE PRODUCT AND THAT IT WILL FIT BECAUSE YOU WILL GET NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THERE IS ANY ISSUE! I would upload a copy of the receipt but my computer for some reason is not doing so.

I want to return order AZL**************. It was a very big disappointment. In the picture it looks elegant, nice material, blue in the middle, and not see through. In reality, the looked very casual, the material was not nice, the dress was white in the middle, and it was definitely see through. There were other dresses on your site that I was interested in, but now I am hesitant to order anything else since this one was so inaccurate. Please let me know what I need to return the dress. Thank you.

I have ordered several items from this site. Most of the clothes have worked and I wear slot. The only trouble I have is with returns. It takes a long time to get things completed and to get responses. I'm waiting in one now.

I had to do three emails and give an attention getting poor review before I could get the company to send me the Returns address.

My order was received. I was disappointed in the fit. I have requested information on returning all three items.
*******@azzlee sent a response back asking if i would accept 30% off the price of the order AND keep (not return) the items. I stated that I wanted to return all for a return credit.
I have sent them all the requested information for a return but I'm still awaiting.

I bought two outfits based on the US size chart and it's not what I got!
Will never buy from here again!

Products took over 2 weeks to arrive and the sizing charts are way off. Nothing fits. Products seem to be ok

Takes too long to arrive. Not true to size. Poor quality.

Have emailed twice to ask about return procedure, but have not heard back. Instructions on website say do not return without notifying us first.

This is the first time I have shopped here. Everything arrived together. Prices were low so I shouldn't have been surprised by the average quality. It doesn't pay to return items so I'll wear them occasionally.

Never again will I order from this company. I hope I get my refund very soon because I feel like it is going to be a problem.
