I contacted Azzlee to process a return after the pants I ordered looked nothing like the photo on their website. After several days, someone sent me an email that I could return and pay shipping, or they could offer a refund of 30% and I could keep the pants. That seemed fair, so I replied that I would like the 30% refund. I received a notification that the email was not valid (it was not a do no reply email). So I checked their website for the correct email and that was it. At that point, I sent a message through their website contact us screen and never heard back. What a waste of money. I will be donating these to Goodwill.
The texture of the actual material is nothing like what it appears in the picture. The material appeared gauze like in the photo when it had a smooth polyester texture when it arrived. Very disappointing.

I placed an order...emailed the appropriate address for returns.the address kept comong back as invalid. Got my husband and my 22 yr old to help me.same thing occurred. As soon as I tld you guys i was going to my bank to dispute the charge SURPRISE! An email with a 50% discount on my purchase arrived.which I accepted 3 days ago, Still no reply as I requested. On my way now to Bank of America with all the emails I have printed off and will ask them to remove the entire charge, I dont trust any company where a human cannot be reached. Lesson learned.
This company is horrible! They send out robotic emails and no one answers them. They give you a phone number but no one answers and there is no voicemail set up. You are stuck with a product whether you want it or not because it is too expensive to return it, even if the product is defective…which mine was! Needless to say, I will never order from this company again!
