There was no purchase documentation with the shipment. The items were in plastic bags but there was no useful labels on the bags. I wanted to return some of the items (3 blouses were very sheer, one item was too small) but there was no clear instructions how return items. I emailed many times asking for return shipping paperwork and never got an answer. The only way I could get a response from them was to contact my credit card company and have them reject the card purchase. I received a response finally and they offered to refund 1/2 the amount and keep all the the clothes!
When I washed the items I wanted to keep the shirts shrank.
I should have done more research. I got burned before by one of these Chinese places. This was worse than before.

Ordering was easy and delivery was timely. That unfortunately is the extent of the good news. The items were all improperly sized and the return policy is a joke. First, you can only initiate a return by email and it must be done within 30 days. You can't try on the clothes and it must be returned exactly in its original packaging. They won't give you the return address unless it meets their criteria. In the meantime they are slow to respond and when they do respond they highly recommend you take their offer of 50% refund and you keep the clothes that doesn't fit. At this point I'm doubtful I'll ever see a refund.
Ordered once and the clothes did not fit (maybe I ordered wrong size) but couldn't return them. They did give me a credit so I could order again but this time the outfit was ridiculously non-tailored and felt like plastic. Now I have 2 outfits I can't wear and out more money.

I was disappointed in the items I received. I didn't care for the polyester material. In the site online one is not able to know what materials are used in the garments. Also sizing was off I often wear a L, but decided to give myself a leeway so I ordered XL In everything. One item was too small, one was way too big and the others snug. I am returning all the items I purchased. They looked great online, but buyer beware.
I placed my order on 6/12 in order to receive it before I left on a trip on 6/29. I did not receive it on time for the trip. When I got home and saw the clothes I was very disappointed. I should have known - you get what you pay for. This was my first and will be my last order.

I ordered 3 tops at the end of May and two tops arrived at the post office at the end of June. I had to pick them up from the post office and thankfully I did because the address was wrong on the packet. Informed customer service so that the third top could be delivered to my address. Today - 8th July i am informed that the package has been delivered but I have not received my top. Very disappointed because the two tops I received are really nice. Customer service and delivery needs improvement.
