I never received my order. It has been over a month and despite several emails to customer service - still nothing. They did charge my credit card though! Scam.
The delivery was quite frustrating. The tracking info was not clear as to where the product was going when it left a facility. And the delivery was quite long, ordered June 19 and arrived July 10. It came from China. But then it went from Los Angeles to Nevada to Indiana and delivery was supposed to be to Colorado. And no update from Indiana until it was tracked to be delivered the next day.
Will not respond to my emails requesting resolution of return authorization request. Not only deducting return shipping costs, but deducting original "free shipping" costs for return of inferior quality merchandise.
The items ordered all look cool on line, but arrived not even remotely resembling the photos. The fabrics were cheap and shiny and the fit of each item is strange. Azzlee was problematic with returns (do send to the return address on THEIR envelope) and you are stuck with no exchange options once you use their credit. I will never order from them again.
It was NOT a tunic length as in the photo. It was a box shaped. Short top.
Only one item fit. Other items were either too big or too small and some of the items were very poor quality
I have purchased 9 blouses from them, my first order of 3 blouses was fine, size large.
Second order of 3 blouses 1 size large measured smaller than a medium.
Third order of 3 the writing on the blouse was backwards. I did send Azzlee a picture of the blouse by e-mail as the review sight said the picture was too large.
Easy ordering, but waiting on refund as had to return them because didn't fit!
I think returning an item is to difficult, IF I say the items are too small, why would you offer me a discount to keep them. It took too long for the second response. They were very quick to offer me options to keep the items at a discount, but when I decided to return them they took their time to respond and still tried to get me to keep the items at a bigger discount.

I received the item. But it did mot fit. I contacted your service department three different times to get a return ticket. So far all I have received is a survey.
Had no issue with ordering. All items fit w just right and looked as advertised.
I am waiting for help regarding a return. I have been offered a 50% refund and to keep the blouse.
Really cute clothes, but these jumpers are not cotton. They are thin sheer material.
