Fun looking at the styles available but overall poor quality. Good customer service

I have sent several emails requesting information on how to return merchandise and have not gotten a response. I was disappointed in the quality of the material & the fit.

Package took over two weeks to arrive. Wrote to emails to customer service. No response. Package finally arrived by USPS. Package came from China! First inspection of dress, the polyester overlay is teal and not the same light blue as the dress. The dress itself was pretty. The dress was marked large but was probably a JUNIOR Large. I am unable to contact anyone to get this returned. I will NEVER order from them again! Lessened learned!

Not one single item was the correct size. I ordered 3X according to your size chart. What arrived XL at the largest.

Blue color is vibrant. Very complimentary.
Sizing was on target.

If you are not satisfied with the product very difficult to get an address to send back. Still waiting a response since July 9th. 8 days ago and still no Address for my returns.

The two tops I ordered from Azzlee were fine except they did not fit. I contacted Customer Service for a refund who advised they did not want the tops back but would refund 30% of my cost less their shipping fee. I did not accept this offer and asked for a full refund. The reply was that they did not want the tops back and they would give me 50% back. A further offer of 70% back was made. I eventually capitulated and agreed to a full refund less $5 per top handling fee, and I would not return the tops to them. I don't want the tops - they do not fit, I will not wear them, I was willing to mail them back. This experience has been totally unacceptable.

Even though my experience was somewhat disappointing, I will still try again. I just wish there were items for shorter people. It seems like everything is geared for taller individuals. If only the measurements will indicate that the sizes are for taller individuals. I hope this changes in the future.

Still waiting to hear from Azzlee to deal with returning items.

It was fine. My order came quickly I must have missed the info on the length of the dress as it is much longer than the picture shows.

Design is darling, but the shirts did not fit well - for me.

I need to return the summer dress. It does not fit.

What's the best way to return it?

I gave this 4 stars because delivery took a long time.

This was my first order from this company and I was pleased. Shipping was prompt and order was as expected.

I still have not received my order. I have messaged twice, get responses, but no package in the mail.
