The shopping experience itself was positive. All pieces were received quickly and properly packages. However, I was disappointed with the clothing. I barely recognized the actual pieces from the images on the site, the material is extremely thin and the fit was not consistent. Three tops, all the same size but fit was completely different - one too small, one too big.
Prices are 60% higher for the exact items I purchased from you.

No phone number to call and email responses takes days. I have had to send multiple emails and still do not have the information and responses I need to handle my return.
I ordered four items, they processed my order right away, I received in the mail within days… unfortunately, none fit. Their sizes run small.
When ready to return my purchase, I carefully followed their return policy steps. The return is advertised as easy, but isn't! The process is complex, I have to pay shipping and the items go through an inspection process once received in their end. If they pass inspection then I'll get my money back. Also,2 other options in lieu of returning the items are available, the problem is that they'll get you, no matter what!

I should have read the reviews this dress is not true to size. It's at least a size too small. I order the medium which stayed size 8-10. I wear size 8 jeans and wear a medium for everything else. This dress is at least 1 size too small
I have contacted the company several time. I told them iam not I te tested i. Their product because the one item I received is big and gabriel it's bad quality the still have a resolve the issue.
It took forever to receive the package and when I did there was no information on how to return it.
