I did receive my order. The clothing is similar to the pictures in the catalog. The order to took longer then expected to arrive. The tracking system was not user friendly. There was no information in the package to help with returns.
The tops I received were way too small and they took forever to receive. Not even worth sending back. A new shipment of the blouses xl would make me happy but i have no desire to return them as they took forever to receive

….however, as pretty as the pants were, they were too long geared for me. Guess I need a petite, with the leg bottoms able to be shortened. The 'tulip' hem prevented shortening. So I gave them to a friend on whom they fotnperfectly. I am disappointed, but learned a lesson about what I can wear and why I cannot wear.
Ordered 3 shirts did not receive order confirmation. Sent email for information about the order, no response. Ordering time is slow. Please advise return procedure and refund

Product was what I expected.
Took 3 weeks to get my order. The clothes were not as expected. Made in another country guessing China not in California as advertised
I ordered 5 items. I got 3 of them. It took 23 days to receive the order. There is no mention of what happened to the other 2 items. I messaged them yesterday asking about the 2 items and asking how to return 2 of the 3 items as they were much too small. I haven't gotten a reply yet or an acknowledgement of having received my message
Not good exchanging. You are stuck more or less with your wrong size.
Although the photos on the website were beautiful, the articles I received didn't match the look. The tops that I received didn't appear to be of the same cloth as of the photos. The jeans were ok until I buttoned them up and they were uncentered.
