The clothing is extremely cheaply made and ill-fitting. Also you have to pay for the shipping to return - which costs more than the clothes are worth!
Both items are completely unwearable. Sizing is totally off. Didn't bother contacting customer service after reading reviews.

I sent an email to support requesting to return all the items in my order. I got a reply several days later with three options. I tried to reply and I get a message that support email is disabled. I sent another message through your website, no response.
I ordered and received jeans a timely manner with no issues.
The jeans are nice quality, stylish and fit perfectly.
Ordered pants. Immediately realized wrong size ordered. Immediately contacted them to explain. They sent anyway. To return hsve to pay mail plus a $19 fee! Then was told I had options on the return. Keep them - keep them and they will give me a discount but then have to pay mailing new pair etc. they really really didn't want them back. What am I supposed to do with size small when need size large. I strongly advise no one to do business with them.
I contacted Customer Service via email to check on delivery as it took longer than I thought it would. Both times they responded right away and were extremely helpful. The dresses arrived and two didn't fit. Customer Service again responded right away and gave several options for returns/refunds. While not the most generous or convenient return policy, I appreciate their willingness to work with me.
The items on order took over two weeks to be delivered, although the timing was not necessarily guaranteed in the ad, so maybe I was confused when first checked the tracking schedule and was informed of one date, which didn't happen. I did have to email my concern, and was given new instruction for delivery, "up to ten days, not including weekends,". So we are spoiled with the idea of short delivery schedules, and I can see I will not order online services again from Azzlee.

I love this site. The clothes are beautiful, the sizes are a true fit, and the prices are good.
Site suggests the order is shipped within 3 days, but after one week and no update that my order was being processed, I had to inquire via email. Only after another week did I finally receive an email that my order was being processed.
Received all items in a timely manner and all fit. Love everything!
I received a message asking me to document whether I received my pants or not. I tried to check the box that I did not get my pants but the computer told me that site couldn't be reached. I have just assumed that I lost my money and I will never get the pants that I thought looked great.

Both the shirt and dress were very nice but the sleeves were too tight.
