The timing of the delivery was fine. The blouse is not the quality I expected, but is true to size. All of the pants waist are. Way too small. If I keep them, I will have to pay for alterations. Also the pink pants look beige. I was expecting a different experience.
To return the blouse it was going to cost me $9.00 postage. They offered me 30% refund of the cost of the blouse, but the refund did not include any compensation for the cost of the postage that I paid to have the blouse sent to me. The offer for the refund, allowed for me to keep the blouse, which is absolutely of no value to me since I don't even want it. I would have preferred a full refund, including the cost of the shipping.
