My experience with this site has been totally unsatisfiying.
I haven't received any item, eveb if the current status is "delivered".
It has been quite the mission to sort out my mistake. I checked the cost of return postage & it worked out the same price as a new sweater. However Rita has been very good with her communications, unfortunately the web site she gave me does not give the opportunity to finalise the exchange. So I'm still waiting to get this sorted.

I would give NO star if possible. Inferior quality clothes that are nearly impossible to return. I did not realize I had to use a shipping company rather that USPS; that info came AFTER I sent them back; I had to badger them for two weeks to even get a return address. Clothes are NOT as advertised. I am now out over $80 and furious; reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!
