Blouse not the quality shown in the picture and too large

All shirts were too small. I usually wear size 18/20 and the 2xxl were too small. The material is really thin.

I usually do not like mail order items. These items are true to what I was expecting.

I ordered several items and was very excited! Sadly, none of them worked for me. I found the items to be of poor quality and not a good fit. I've been trying to return them and feel that customer service is refusing to allow me to return these items. They are trying to force me to keep them.

The dress I ordered took almost 3 weeks to receive. I was disappointed by the fit and poor quality of the dress. Because it took so long receive, I had to purchase another dress at a local store to wear to my event. Waiting on a refund.

The dresses were not well made, nor did they fit properly.
The return process was quite lengthy and laborious even though finally successful in the very end.
I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

Anytime ordering overseas it takes a long time but quicker than previous experiences

Very nice experience, pants fit well. Shipped quickly.

Clothing was very cheap looking and not sewed properly. Hems and sleeves were not put together with care.

Everything had polyester in it, including the "loose linen" pants which were neither linen nor loose. Problematic return process with manual steps and multiple emails. Would not recommend.

My experience with this site has been totally unsatisfiying.
I haven't received any item, eveb if the current status is "delivered".

It has been quite the mission to sort out my mistake. I checked the cost of return postage & it worked out the same price as a new sweater. However Rita has been very good with her communications, unfortunately the web site she gave me does not give the opportunity to finalise the exchange. So I'm still waiting to get this sorted.

Easy to order, great product, prompt delivery. Everything about the product, ordering and delivery was great.

The clothes are nothing like they look in the picture, the material is of a very poor quality and the sizes are not accurate.

I would give NO star if possible. Inferior quality clothes that are nearly impossible to return. I did not realize I had to use a shipping company rather that USPS; that info came AFTER I sent them back; I had to badger them for two weeks to even get a return address. Clothes are NOT as advertised. I am now out over $80 and furious; reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!
